LONG TERM​ $899 and up

 

• Build a long Term Coach/Client relationship 

• Assess your current situation 

• Identify your problem areas & works with you to design a plan best suited to your needs which will include the “S.T.A.R.T” program 

• Set small to large goals 

• Monitor your daily or weekly progress and adjusts plans if necessary 

• Assist you in maintaining goal with tools & or a planned format 

• Upon completion you receive an achievement reward
