Happy Fall everyone! It's that time of the year where we gear up for cozy sweaters, warm blankets and piping hot hot coco (carob) and a warm apple or berry crumble. Not sure how to make a good crumble? Well I've got a recipe that is sure to give you all the feels!

Ingredients
Oats
Raisins (optional)
Walnuts (optional)
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract/ vanilla pod
Agave/honey
Honey crisp Apples ( substitute with fresh berries or cherries)
Coconut oil
Garbanzo bean Flour
Portion
3 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Raisins (optional)
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract/ vanilla pod
1/2 Cup Agave/honey
5 Chopped Honey crisp Apples ( substitute with fresh berries or cherries)
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 Cup Garbanzo bean Flour
Directions
Preheat oven at 250c
Mix together oats and flour
Add cinnamon, chopped walnuts & raisins
Mix
Add agave/honey & vanilla
Mix and set
Line sheet pan with parchment paper greased with coconut oil
Spread flat mixture on sheet pan and place pan in preheated oven for 10-15 min.
Remove when brown
Line baking dish with vegan butter
Add Diced apples or berries to baking dish
And 2 tbsp of water, apple juice or apple sauce
Sprinkle Crumble on top and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
